I have tried opening the f8 menu when starting the laptop, and have tried to start the computer in safe mode, and almost all other modes on this menu, but they all just lead back to the original message and windows recovery screen. I have tried the above solution but it does not work, whenever I plug the charger in, the charge indicator light comes on and than I press the power button and it goes away do you know what the problem could be?
